The terms and conditions apply to all business transactions carried out by Xsport Racing. The person puchasing goods from Xsport Racing is hereinafter referred to as the 'Purchaser'.

Your statutory rights are not affected. It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that all the correct details are entered onto Company Internet forms and submitted or given to the Xsport Racing's representative at the time of purchase.

Xsport Racing's full trading name is `G&M Engineering (Southampton) Limited`.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations Xsport Racing must notify you that the service we provide begins as soon as an order is received, be that by internet, telephone or through the mail. Subsequently there is no 'cooling off period', the transaction cannot be reversed and no refund can be given. In no circumstances shall Xsport Racing be made responsible for any wish by the 'Purchaser'! to cancel the agreement. In such cases any payment made shall be refunded in full, provided that the failure is through no fault of the Purchaser but by Xsport Racing. Xsport Racing's liability is strictly limited to a full refund only and no claims for damages; interest on monies paid or any other expenses shall be entertained.

All refunds will be made within 28 working days and will be made payable to the original purchaser using the original payment method where possible.

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure the fastest possible despatch of goods, Xsport Racing cannot guarantee any specific time period for the entire transaction. Xsport Racing cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by the postal system, third party carriers and electronic mail. Goods that are made to order are made within 4 working days and then allow a further 3 working days for delivery. For Composite Products please allow up to a further 5 working days.

Although Xsport Racing obtains very little information on those who visit its Web site, Xsport Racing respects the privacy of any visitors and does not share any personal information with third parties.
